CNN Health Coach, Jerry Anderson, give Elementary Kids ‘Hope and Possibility’

November 14, 2015, Dallas, Texas – High Pointe Elementary welcomed Jerry Anderson into the classroom to encourage students to be their best and make right choices on October 30. Anderson, having been seen on CNN over 55 times as a Health coach, loves to encourage kids to take care of their bodies, minds, and soul. He used question and responses throughout to gauge their attention. And they paid close attention as he flexed his muscles and taught them several lessons like: Pay attention to your teachers, mind your parents, don’t hang around negative influences, do your homework and choose good friends.

“I had forgotten how rewarding it is to speak and motivate kids,” says Jerry who has spent the last year motivating sales leaders at Caldwell Banker. “At first I was a little nervous because I wanted to sincerely leave them with tools they could live on, but once we started and seeing the kids’ relations to what I was saying really made my day.”

Principle Kimberly Sherfield mentioned that Anderson’s talk was very engaging and she is looking forward to seeing the transformation in the attitude, study habits and character of the kids that attended.

When Anderson is not motivating kids, corporate leaders and church leadership, he continues to coach, conduct health instruction and keep his body in top shape. He won Mr. Natural Universe (1998), Mr. Natural California (1989), Mr. Natural Southern California (1989), and Mr. Natural Los Angeles (1986).

Anderson’s talk at High Pointe Elementary was sponsored by THAT A GIRL COMMUNITY ENRICHMENT AGENCY. The agency creates “enrichment tours” to enrich the lives of others to Dream bigger. Fly Higher. Matter.
