Tilde Guajardo is the Founder & Chief Visionary Officer of Womanars. Her passion to inspire and educate women and girls throughout the world is what drives her. She is an emerging leader using today’s latest technology to create a “virtual” global online community of individuals who share her passion, mission, and vision. She believes the future belongs to those of us who are true collaborators in business and in life.

Since her late 20’s she has been a woman’s advocate and leader in local churches and non-profit organizations by teaching, speaking, volunteering, and organizing events and fundraisers to help bring awareness to numerous women’s issues like child abuse, domestic violence, human trafficking, and breast cancer.

She is a featured author in the book entitled “The Difference Makers – Volume II”, where she tells her personal story entitled “Divorce to Destiny”. She is currently working on her second book entitled “Removing the Masks”. Tilde is also a public speaker delivering messages of inspiration, hope and the importance of relationship building through personal authenticity.

She was also authorized and licensed by TED to organize the inaugural TEDxTurtleCreekWomen event in Dallas, Texas on December 6th, 2013.. TEDx events are independently organized. 

Tilde is looking forward to the future as she was accepted in the 2014 class for Leadership Women – America. Leadership America is the preeminent national women’s development program, the longest running of its kind in the US, continuously offering unique learning environments, professional and personal relationship expansion, and leadership enhancement opportunities since 1988. She is excited and humbled to be a part of this special group of women whose theme for 2014 is Leading With A Global Vision – “Considering the Issues – Confronting the Challenges – Creating the Solutions.”
